Bayside Marine was founded in 1949 by Jack Kent, who built the business on a simple idea: sell boats you'd want to own yourself. When his son Jack Jr. took the helm in 1978, that philosophy stuck. Today, his grandson Jack runs the operation—three generations of family ownership in Duxbury, spanning seven decades.
